This project transforms a former attic space into a bright, contemporary loft. Despite significant structural and urban constraints, the intervention opens up the volumes, adds a recessed upper level, and optimises every square metre through multifunctional solutions. Optical effects, raw materials and minimalist lines visually expand the space, while large floor-to-ceiling windows and carefully designed lighting create a natural continuity between indoors and outdoors. The result is a sleek, modern duplex, seamlessly integrated into its urban surroundings.
